Delivery Information

These Delivery Information & Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed through www.spaxdirect.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Order Processing & Stock Availability

All products are supplied from stock, subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure stock information is accurate, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if stock is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applied per order as follows:

  • Standard delivery: £6.95 + VAT

  • Free delivery: Available on orders with a total value exceeding £30.00 + VAT

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Methods

Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and nature of the goods ordered. The choice of carrier is at our sole discretion and cannot be selected by the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Any delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense caused by delays in delivery that are beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.

5. Delivery Location

Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise stated. Additional restrictions may apply to certain locations.

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been received by us.

7. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery address details are complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.

9. Partial Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to dispatch the goods in separate shipments. Partial delivery of an order shall not entitle the customer to cancel the remaining balance of the order.

No additional delivery charges will be applied for partial shipments where the original delivery charge has already been paid or where the order qualifies for free delivery.

Each shipment shall be deemed a separate delivery for the purposes of risk and receipt.

10. Bulk Orders

Orders for large quantities or bulk purchases may be subject to extended processing and delivery times. Where an order is deemed a bulk order, we reserve the right to:

  • Arrange delivery in multiple consignments; and/or

  • Contact the customer to confirm delivery arrangements prior to dispatch.

Any delivery times provided for bulk orders are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays arising from stock availability, carrier capacity, or logistical constraints associated with bulk shipments.
